It begins with a lecture by an officer who explains the ethical issues and the willingness to kill millions in the event of war. In the next scene, a giant revolver is used to explain to the soldiers how a gun is used for self-defense. The short presentation ends with the instructor requesting to please make sure they do not fire this weapon (or the missiles?) by mistake! After this absurdly humorous juxtaposition, Wiseman introduces the men and women being trained for nuclear warfare. (hb)
